The Data Swing Services (DSS) team stepped out of the office for a high-adrenaline teambuilding day… heading straight to the paintball field!

On the agenda: strategy, teamwork, and plenty of laughter. Split into several teams, our colleagues took on the field’s challenges with commitment, agility, and camaraderie. Each match was an opportunity to strengthen bonds, improve communication, and most importantly, enjoy a fun and friendly moment together.

This activity perfectly reflected DSS’s DNA: collaboration, responsiveness, and performance, all within a healthy and positive spirit. Between matches, the team continued to connect over a relaxed and festive lunch.
